My Story
Angie is a nutrition and lifestyle consultant, with an MS in Nutrition. Being an Ace certified personal trainer since 1998, Angie ran a successful training/nutrition business for 10 years and for 15 years, she has had the opportunity to work with a uniquely diverse private and corporate clientele of all ages, health goals, fitness levels, and lifestyles.

Described as creative, highly motivational and a well rounded health professional on many occasions, she relates this to her genuine, longstanding passion for understanding and showing people different ways to feel and be healthier, as well as her personal approach with each client. Angie always supports anyone's goal to achieve a more balanced and healthy lifestyle, as well as push them past self imposed limits!

Whether it's in the kitchen, at the gym or just life in general... efficient, practical and effective approaches are the overall goal for each client! Just like eating habits, workout and lifestyle habits can become boring, stagnant and lacking results unfortunately. For Angie this is a dangerous zone. People need to work out to create the body, energy and mental clarity they feel there best at, and that changes as life changes but the foundation of it doesn't have to!

Making sure her clients reach their goals, while increasing energy, beauty inside and out and overall health is important. Angie teaches clients tools to reset their bodies to spend less time digesting food and more time absorbing nutrients and she believes that training one’s taste buds to crave healthier food helps increase metabolism right away. When incorporating the right foods, it can be easy to eat an anti-aging diet, so her clients look younger and better with less work. Success is not an option for Angie’s clients as she develops manageable plans for real people and helps guide them to make these lifestyle changes for good!
